All orders placed through shibabook.com, www.shibaboek.nl or email@example.com fall under the new Dutch Law "Distance Selling" which came in effect on 13 June 2014. These terms and conditions apply to all orders and are accepted by you by and when placing an order.

You cannot visit our company or address unless you are picking up an order.
All prices are in Euro's and do not include shipping costs. We don't have to add VAT to our prices. Errors in prices due to typing errors will never overrule the true price of a product. When paying in another currency than the Euro, please take into consideration that prices may vary due to currency fluctuations
Returns and exchange
You will receive your order for approval within 14 days. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 14 days counting from the day you contacted us about the return. When returning your item you will receive the full payed amount including shipping costs. Shipping the product back to us will be payed by you. When returning part of an order we will calculate the amount to be payed back to you.
Returned items must be in impeccable condition. This means that books should not be read or heavily leafed through. If we note the book is not in impeccable condition, VOF AikOji may decide to not fully reimburse you. Before returning an item, always contact us first by sending an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
VOF AikOji is entitled to refuse orders or to attach specific conditions to the delivery of your order. If we decide to decline your order, you will be contacted through Email within 10 days of receiving your order placement.
Availability of products
All products are delivered from stock. If an item should be out of stock, we will contact you through the Email address provided to us.
All payments, with the exception of direct bank transfer, are done through the interface "Mollie". using Mollie we accept Ideal, Bancontact and PayPal. You will receive an automated email confirming your order and payment. If something went wrong with your order or payment, the system will automatically cancel your order and notify you. If a payment has not been received within 7 days, your will receive a reminder. After this, you have 7 more days to fullfill your payment. If you still haven't payed your order, after these 7 days your order will be manually cancelled.
After receiving your payment we will ship your order as soon as possible. Do keep in mind that we are dependent on the postal services and, for orders from outside Europe, sometimes even customs. Therefore we cannot give you an exact delivery time. However, if your order has a tracking code, we will provide this code to you through an Email so you can check the progress of the delivery. If you think the delivery is taking too long, please contact us through email@example.com.
Your order will be shipped using the services of PostNL. Please take into account any extra costs when ordering from outside Europe. AikOji VOF will not reimburse these costs.
To prevent fraude or the misuse of our services, we will stop efforts to have your order delivered after two failed attempts for delivery due to errors in your address information, two instances of the loss of your parcel or two instances of the order being returned to sender. We will also keep your order information to prevent high costs, fraude and misuse in the future.
Applicable law and dispute settlement
The Dutch law is applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply. All disputes between parties will and can only be submitted to a qualified judge in The Netherlands.
The webshop is open 24/7 throughout the year. We don't have a physical shop, so the address we are registered to can not be visited for purchasing our products, unless we've agreed for you to drop by to pick up your order.
Good to know
VOF AikOji is not a big company. The authors of the books process and ship every order in person. During busy times, holidays and vacations it might not be possible to ship your order as soon as we would like. We, our Shiba's and our families ask for your understanding if and when your order is slightly delayed and will always communicate with you about this.
