Prices
Alle prijzen zijn in euro’s en exclusief verzendkosten. Wij hoeven over deze bedragen geen BTW te rekenen. Alle prijzen zijn onder voorbehoud van typefouten. Wanneer je in een andere valuta dan de Euro betaalt, kan de prijs onderhevig zijn aan valutaschommelingen.
Returns and exchange
Je ontvangt je aankoop 14 dagen op zicht. Ben je toch niet helemaal tevreden met je aankoop? Dan is er de mogelijkheid om binnen 14 dagen je aankoop te retourneren. Bij retourzending van de gehele bestelling ontvang je het aankoopbedrag + de bij bestelling eventueel betaalde verzendkosten retour. Bij retourzending van een deel van de bestelling, ontvang je het aankoopbedrag van de retour gezonden goederen retour exclusief de eventueel betaalde bijdrage verzendkosten. Bij het retour sturen van je bestelling ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten van de retourzending.
Returned items must be in impeccable condition. This means that books should not be read or heavily leafed through. If we note the book is not in impeccable condition, VOF AikOji may decide to not fully reimburse you. Before returning an item, always contact us first by sending an Email to shibaboek@gmail.com.
Refusing orders
VOF AikOji is entitled to refuse orders or to attach specific conditions to the delivery of your order. If we decide to decline your order, you will be contacted through Email within 10 days of receiving your order placement.
Availability of products
All products are delivered from stock. If an item should be out of stock, we will contact you through the Email address provided to us.
Payment
Alle betalingen lopen via Mollie, met uitzondering van de bankoverschrijving. Via Mollie kun je bij ons betalen met iDeal, Bancontact en PayPal. Je ontvangt een mail ter bevestiging van de ontvangst van je betaling. Mocht er iets mis zijn gegaan met je betaling, dan wordt je bestelling door ons systeem geannuleerd en ontvang je hierover een automatische mail. Indien je betaling na ca. 7 dagen niet binnen is, krijg je per mail een reminder. Wordt hierop niet gereageerd en/of betaald, dan wordt je bestelling na 14 dagen geannuleerd.
Delivery Times
Na ontvangst van je betaling wordt je bestelling zo snel mogelijk verzonden. Wij zijn bij de verzending echter afhankelijk van de postbedrijven en kunnen je geen precieze indicatie geven van de verzendtijd. Wanneer je zending met een track & trace code onderweg is, zullen we je hierover informeren, zodat je zelf kunt volgen waar je bestelling is. Bij verzendingen buiten Europa houd je ook rekening met eventuele vertragingen bij de douane.
Shipping Costs/Shipping
Your order will be shipped using the services of PostNL. Please take into account any extra costs when ordering from outside Europe. AikOji VOF will not reimburse these costs.
To prevent fraude or the misuse of our services, we will stop efforts to have your order delivered after two failed attempts for delivery due to errors in your address information, two instances of the loss of your parcel or two instances of the order being returned to sender. We will also keep your order information to prevent high costs, fraude and misuse in the future.
Applicable law and dispute settlement
The Dutch law is applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply. All disputes between parties will and can only be submitted to a qualified judge in The Netherlands.
Business Hours
The webshop is open 24/7 throughout the year. We don't have a physical shop, so the address we are registered to can not be visited for purchasing our products, unless we've agreed for you to drop by to pick up your order.
Good to know
VOF AikOji is not a big company. The authors of the books process and ship every order in person. During busy times, holidays and vacations it might not be possible to ship your order as soon as we would like. We, our Shiba's and our families ask for your understanding if and when your order is slightly delayed and will always communicate with you about this.
